Our Story

The Heartspace Collective was born from both growth and reflection.

For years, Heartspace existed as a group practice rooted in connection, collaboration, and care—for clients, families, and clinicians alike. Together, we built something meaningful: a shared culture of compassion, integrity, and professional support. And that community still matters deeply.

As Heartspace grew, so did a desire to return to something equally important: autonomy, flexibility, and sustainability—both personally and professionally.

The collective model emerged as a thoughtful evolution. Rather than moving away from community, the Heartspace Collective was created to preserve what worked while releasing what no longer fit. It honors the reality that many clinicians thrive when they are independent—free to make their own clinical, financial, and business decisions—while still being supported by a trusted professional community.

At The Heartspace Collective, each member practices independently, fully owning their work, their voice, and their direction. At the same time, they are part of something larger: a shared space that offers connection, consultation, collaboration, and mutual respect.

The Heartspace Collective reflects a belief that community and independence are not opposites—they can coexist beautifully. When clinicians are supported and self-directed, they show up more grounded, more present, and more aligned with their values.

This is The Heartspace Collective:
A shared foundation.
Independent practices.
Room to grow—together.

Founder's Note - Why I Created the Collective

The Heartspace Collective was created out of both love and necessity.

I deeply value the community we built through Heartspace—the collaboration, shared care, and connection among clinicians. At the same time, I reached a point where I knew that in order to stay well, present, and grounded in my work, I needed more autonomy and flexibility. I wanted a professional model that supported not just productivity, but nervous system regulation, sustainability, and integrity.

The collective model felt like the most honest next step. It allows clinicians to practice independently, with full ownership of their work, while still being held within a supportive professional community. It removes unnecessary hierarchy, honors different seasons of growth, and makes space for clinicians to practice in ways that align with their values and capacity.

The Heartspace Collective reflects my belief that burnout is not a personal failure—it’s often a systems issue. When we create structures that support autonomy, connection, and nervous system care, clinicians don’t just survive in this work—they stay, grow, and thrive.

At its core, The Heartspace Collective is about making room—room for autonomy, for connection, for rest, and for growth. I believe deeply that when clinicians are supported in this way, everyone benefits. I’m honored to hold this space and to continue growing alongside this community.

With Warmth & Gratitude, Dina
